Im make data and price updaters for ETKA 7.X and 8.X on English language (international) users.

Based on Krosik updaters.

It possible to put prices for Italy too?

Thank you, this is the now the only way to update ETKA 8. Two months after the ETKA 8.0 gives the warning that you need to update to ETKA 8.1, the data update stops working. Price update continues but not data.

After you download the data downloader file, open as normal and the program finds the updates, but when you press the OPEN ETKA button, it gives error. No worries, just open ETKA program and it then updates automatically

Is there a list for country codes? For example I could not find it for Spain. I tried spa, esp no access. For Turkey same. If there is a list of country codes it could be useful.

I only have the link for GBR price files.

Audi uses the same file as VW.

You save these files as you can't run them.

Just copy this text to the file and change the number at the end when the link shows a new number.

Copy or move each file to the correct folders.

Seat:
C:\ETKA\DATA\SE\Update

Skoda:
C:\ETKA\DATA\SK\Update

VW:
C:\ETKA\DATA\VW\Update

I've tried putting different country codes in that link but it doesn't work.

I've created a Powershell script that download the correct VW/Audi, Skoda and Seat file for your country and put it in the correct folder.

Instructions:

- Rename file from Etka 8.1 update.ps1.txt to Etka 8.1 update.ps1 and place it in, for example, C:\EtkaUpdater\
- Open the ps1 and change the country code you want:

$country = "deu"

and change the location of ETKA:

$ETKAlocation = "C:\ETKA"
 
- Run the ps1 and start ETKA and it will be updated.

Note:

- This is tested on ETKA 8.1
- This only works with Powershell 3. You have to download it for Windows 7.

it does not seem to work for Italy, even in KrazyTheBoy updater, Italy is not included in the country list. weird at the least...

For pricelist it is ok. But for data = Error (in german): Start-BitsTransfer : HTTP-Status 404: Die angeforderte URL ist auf diesem Server nicht vorhanden.
