Can VIM be unlocked with chinese VCP clone or it works with original cable with payed licence? I have chinese VCP cable but didnt see VIM manager option under Apps.

hi guys, I'm new with vcp. I know how to read eeprom and thats it to change us to eu languages...
can anyone give like a tutorial how to enable vim with vcp in mib2 ?  I have vcp clone with flash drive, as i understand it has all zdc files, but how to use it any help?
