Can Clip v136????
Do you mean that you bought a CAN CLIP tool and it comes with this version on cd media or chinese called it CAN CLIP v136?
If there is an firmware upgrade from CAN CLIP v136 to> CAN CLIP v155 you have to risk or keep using v136
It is your option
In the rest all CLIP tool has to be used with this last version if you haven't hardware issues and you can upgrade its firmware

All new versions of CAN-Clip software make a firmware update, all of them ... Thinking about the new VINs for newer autos, association VIN<>car, the Clip software MUST know what car it is that it has to deal with, for a specific ( new VIN ) it must know the ecus fitted on that car ... But Dr i`m sure you know this as well as i know ..
