no, i don't use that version, I use another version without emulator

This error means you don't have any network connection active. Before starting ista p connect the icom to the car and laptop then you start istap. You can bypass this error by being connecting to your home wifi but you will get another error later that istap server cannot be found. So to avoid any error connect icom with Ethernet cable no wifi.
Istap doesn't like when you disconnect the network cable or make any network changes while it's running and will give your all sort of errors if you do that. So once you start istap do not disconnect the Ethernet cable, if you do connect it back and restart the computer.

The problem is solved, ista/p don't function if you no connect cable lan,it is change the languages from italian to german, for change the language have to set it in ista next.
