I have forgotten how to make rheingold work with psdzdata folder from Esys, so that i dont have the huge folder two times.
I think i read it somewhere before, but can not find it anymore

Thanks for sharing, works perfectly. Got prompted for the license, copy pasted from base folder, used the 3.53 standalone reg fix, changed values and things are good.

I have the same situation - "connection to database could not be established 00046632en".
Registry change does not help ....

Are you using the correct SQL's from the .istapackage files and have you used RCleaner before?

Yes, I used RCleaner and extracted dbs from BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_en-GB_3.54.12.istapackage and BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_GLOBAL_3.54.12.istapackage ...

Previous Rheingold 3.53 works fine.

I'm not an expert but in the Error Log is something about Net.Framework. Try to get the latest Net.Framework, must be 4.6 and extract the German Database to, have a look for the correct size of the SQL Databases. Global must be arround 10 GB, EN arround 870 and DE 860 Megs.
