Hi to all!!!

I have a problem with my ORIGINAL Panasonic CF-19 Renault clip.
This is a MK2 CF-19 that works with win XP or Vista.
The original HD is broken and I bought a new disc with win7.
The problem is that my pc run correctly with all drivers, all programs, and Clip version 155, but i can't connect it with Renault.net!!! The Clip support sad that i can't use it with win7 and they can't help me....fail (i have also the original token inserted).
Can anyone help me?

You install fresh XP SP3 on a dedicated laptop for Clip ( or a general autodiagnose laptop ), this is the way a professional guy is doing with its tools ... A SH laptop Intel core2 /4 Gb RAM / 160 Gb HDD is more than you need, you find ~100 euro, cheap for a profi ...

Hi, you say you have the original token which I presume you mean the original renault usb dongle, is the dongle still active, unless you still work for renault and have permission to access renault net it won't work.

Thanks to all!!!

Problem solved automatically by installation of the new version of clip software. (156)
USB token was installed and working properly (access renault.net in the restricted area was OK)

The problem was probably in the IDX program like Zeca said. I had forgotten to install it!
