I have installed Global TIS but it will not load the programme, looking in the directory the GlobalTIS shortcut file is only 1kb seems too small to me?

Can anyone confrim the correct size for this file please?

Have you installed java 6.24, dotnet framework 3.5, acrobat reader and is it on a 32bit system?
