To install, You need wis/epc KeyGen.

Yes I do have the keygens but I need to install it on an computer which does not have star software.....

Mount disc one of WIS 01.16 & go to EWA & select setup. Follow the instructions of the software. After 01.16 Full is installed you can upgrade through the admin tool to 02.2016.
