Please give more details and better with pictures
- What is the vediamo version? 4.02.02 or 5?
have you tried to change the protocol properties?

- What multiplexer you use?
C3 or SD Connect C4 or Xentry Connect?

- what xentry/das or xdos version you use?
what error you get? is it 9901?

- what model year is the sprinter?
if it is latest model with euro 6, i don't think das can handle. it has to be diagnosed with xentry
