Sometimes issue in Windows, Windows BITS queue is full -
Open Powershell as Administrator and enter the next lines: Import-Module BitsTransfer (for Windows 7 only) Get-BitsTransfer Get-BitsTransfer -AllUsers | Where-Object { $_.JobState -like "TransientError" } | Remove-BitsTransferImport |

Delete FASTAout and open DOS with admin and send bitsadmin/reset
