Used MSS60 change VIN
Hey guys
I bought a used MSS60 for a M392, old one is destroyed. Would this way work? -install MSS60 ecu in car -use WinKFP to programm ecu with correct ZUSB and VIN -do EWS alignment with ISTA/D thx e. |

Yes it will work by this way you writed , because flashing with winkpf just overwrites your entered vin before flash

I dont know but if that wont work you need change vin in EEPROM then
its nothing bad if you ll try , in worst case change it in eprom |

VIN has nothing to do with the ISN, which has to be changed in order to start the engine.

You'll need to manually change ISN in either ECU or CAS. Then only can you do alignment.
