I'm having some issues with trying to program via ISTA+.

Anyone else run into this in the past?

Interface: ENET.
Psdzdata version: 58.3 full.

The diagnostic functions for the ISTA+ work fine.

I think Programming with ISTA+ will work with ICOM only because ENET Cable didn't Show KL15 and 30

Why I do not see my icom on my laptop win10 64bit, firewall and antivirus are off? with itool radar I normally see it. another computers with win7 it is working normally...

What is your notebook lan IP address ? Run cmd and look to an >ipconfig command output. Does network mask match your ICOM IP adress and mask ? I would start there...

I have installed and everything OK!
When I open it it show me an error and then close!!!
Does it need any license?
Please help me to solve this!

Maybe post the error message so we can see what error you're talking about?
And there is a license in a text file in the Rheingold folder.
