Your new card had wrong or not have RCF page 6 config. That why remote doesn't work.
Only way that open card, change PCF7947, use Hitag 2 verifie page 6 RCF and modifie the code.

Put new pcf, prepare it for renault model before programming, program card, and try, you did not tell is this only one card on this car? If after replacing pcf remote not work,and if car have only that one card you have other problem...
