You dont need to read out in bootbmode... you can do it with the original sp-daten...

I found some subroutines but nothing which i can work...

Yeah possible also using SP Daten, but they are splitted. in program (0pa) and data (0da). For IDA Pro disassembler it's better to have 1 full readout, and i also wanted to see the layout of processor etc. seems to be similar to ME7.X etc.
Keep going on, i'm also interested. But some time ago i stopped disassembling that code, because it takes too much time.

I used a galletto and Boot mode similar to ME7 to read out entire chip. Then i used IDA pro to load bin file, then the magic happens, understand and define the disassembled code. Understand layout of processor and flash etc.

At least i defined some basic routines, but that's all, it was too time consuming for me and i didn't hat any motivation because i moved on to manual transmission.

I dont know how to tune it I need tcc and speed cluthes

It is possible to read and write GS20 as well as GS8.6.1 with a SW so called BitBox.
I tried it several times and read out works flawless if DSC is disconnectetd.
Unfortunately no A2L, Damos or OLS for these TCU files are available.

And i havent any information for this GS20 I need it too or i wil pay it.
