Because it's a calculation in hex, you will not see it in plain numbers in the ascii side.

In your Digiprog screen with the saved file loaded, tap on the first value to change till it's highlighted, then enter the new mileage string. Do the second mileage string then press eeprom write to write it back to your chip.

I feel you need to be doing a lot more reading and a lot less asking. Class is over.

Im interested to know how you know where you have to search. how do you know in which part of the hex code the milage is hidden. Reading and changing is an other part of the story, i understand.

Problem now:

When i open the dashboard the eeprom is under LCD-Display, which is soldered with more than 20 wires.

Has anyone an wiring plan, where i can find the eeprom pins on other side?
