First of all you need to use same dashboard to replace old, even same part number...that 2 are not same dashboards

Image n°1 is kia rio 2013 basic
image n°2 is kia rio 2013 high teck.

I thought that change in bcm, can modify the display ...

I don't think you can do it if there are no some dealer level options for that. But that is just my opinion , i did not have any experience with that car.

Yeah gds cvi is a great tool for kia and hyundai... i gds vci wont do it so dont beleive any other tool can do the job ... so you can try with it...
