I know for sure.
This checksum only for record with Intel HEX format(BMW edition) and represent CRC16 for all data. The body of the software is digitally signed.

Thank You, but looks like this utility not work when I need do changes only in one file 0pa. Some ecus have only program file 0pa. Is there any solution for this.

Bringing this up from the dead for some R&D, good stuff that was here however I'm looking to convert .BIN to 0PA there are a lot of options for BIN to 0da but not 0pa
