Thought about it. I also use other C-TEK products and I'm very satisfied with built quality. MXS25 ain't cheap either compared to other alternatives. Compared to dedicated automotive power supplies it has reasonable price. Locally is about 300 eur new.

Here localy they are about 250€ new and on ebay they seem to be around that as well, including shipping. And in 1 you also get not only a power supply but a good battery charger as well.

RE: Which power supply for programming
Schumacher INC-700A is only for 110V (at least I have not seen one for Europe's 220-240V mains) mains so -1 for it...

Sorry, then I must remember it wrong. Its still quite expensive to get here in Europe. And then you won't have any local warranty. Eltek is only about 20% more expensive (based on Schumacher eBay's prices) but capable of 100A output and has local warranty.

RE: Which power supply for programming
I use two DPS-600PB (google it) in parallel with a digital display, total cost of $65. It's is capable of load sharing up to ~80A@(13-13.7V max which is good for F8x series) in parallel Config. It doesn't look fancy but it does the job and it was fun to mod it.
