Try install Netframework 4.6 and vcredist 2005-2015 x86 x64 (if system x64).

already installed
netframework 4.6
vcredist 2008-2010-2013 x86
vcredist 2008-2010-2013 x64
do you think i have to install also 2005 and 2015?

In my system I install all 2005-2015.

Nothing to do...removed net framework 4.6 and installed net framework 4.5.2
but same situation the problem is that the loader not respond with any error message and
it is very difficult undestand what is the problem

Run loader from administrator. Turn off antivirus and firewall.
