2005 audi a6 by diag reads and writes but no change at dash
I have a 2005 audi a6
I have several tools from datasmart to digiprog clone tachopro carprog and so on I used digiprog 4.88 with obd plug set in km in options digiprog read correct mileage so i entered new and digiprog went thru write process like no problem no change on dashboard thou so i reread by obd and it did change it to what i entered but dash still reads the same I also did obd with datasmart 3 clone just to check and it read it as the new value i wrote with digiprog What am i missing? did digiprog just do redundent storage and now i have to pull cluster and do seperate or? Thank you in advance  |

Sometimes you need to reset the dash or disconnect the akku for 5min.

Have you driven the car a short distance to see if dash change.
