Hi I tried to update tf card an now device is useless there is no protocols nothing on the box I also notice in about the customer I'd is not in menu how do I resolve this I can't conection to updates on pc ither I have spent hours and hours trying to sort this issue out any help how do i update this device with protacals an tune again anyone .
