Thanks Joe, I was searching Google and came across a fordservice website, come up if you Google ford calibration files... Are these also ok to use you just search the file name and download it.

Yes, it is from motorcraft webpage. It should be same as you downloaded.
Even you do not need to unzip it. Just put *.zip to IDS calibration folder.
