Hello all CT friends,

I have a big problem with 2 X sprinters .
I did remove DPF from this 2 sprinters, but they are randomly regenerating - white smoke . 1 day they work perfect, next day lots of white smoke . No fault code coming on.

I attach original and DPF OFF file .
DPF off files are done by a professional tuner with good reputation so i dont think is from the files but i dont know what to check next , what to do and where to look . ( i did many sprinters DPF off with him and no problem at all )
I disconnect DPF pressure sensor and DPF temperature sensor aswell .
In diagnostic , temperature is showing 600 degrades celsius still ...

I check injectors , they are in the right values :
1 0,46
2 0,34
3 0,23
4 0,18

Any advice would be great ! Thanks in advantage

I looked only your sprinter 1 files...turbo pressure set to 1475mb....limiter turbo pressure set to 1350 mb...what do you think about rest remap?
seccond sprinter...original is not original file
and solution of dof off are maded with what?

I ask tuner to do only DPF off - no remap asked .

Solution he said that he used WinOLS to do them .

Files are not good ?

You can also compare using winols...insert both file and press taste u to see differences...then scroll

I used HexCmp to check differences but i dont have winols installed on my pc.

I am just wondering if it could be something from the files that makes the car to regenerate

did you disconected sensors?
did you have done any diagnose with diag tool?

Yes , i disconnect sensors and i use Mercedes STart to check parameters., No fault code and the regeneration is showing inactive ... but is randomly ... could be from the files ?

if regeneration is inactive...there must to be other things...as i said
eating oil can be white smoke
why eating oil?
maybe not ok turbo pressure,turbo fucxed,?
dpf ceramic was worked?...can be full of oil also...from turbo fucxed
intercooler have oil inside?

I have same problem with Sprinter 906.it's not DPF problem.They have a plastic manifold and from the pressure they crashed.Check around manifold.Sorry if im not helpfull.

This is early shape . Manifold is made from aluminium.....
