Most likely, your CID is not logging in because your CAN bus is not set. Logging in DVD90 and CID means not only turning on the anti-theft lock, but also configuration in the car.
TID logged in because it was already configured in this car.
Drive to someone who has TECH2 lum MDI and you will have it.

This display has issues with DVD90, use Tech2 FULL (With latest MB update) or FVDI2014 and set MID CAN bus and it will set fine
