I have a ecu to repair and then smd transistor has code V. No more other letter.

What is real code of this transistor?
Perhaps it is a NPN Transistor.

It is used in ecu Mitsubishi MR578937 - E2T74487.

Does anyone know if this ecu can be immo removed?

I attached a picture of ECU as best I could take it.

The component is a smd in SOT-323 package.

The Letter is only "V". I need to know the real code of this component.

The ECU is MR578937 Mitsubishi Pagero TR4 2.0 with automatic gear.

By looking on the b&w image I think it's not 'V' alone but the image is still hard to read. Use some strong solvent cleaning may help!

Have you try to dig info from net like... marsport.org.uk/smd/ anyway I checked but there is not V alone!

I visited several web sites that it contains smd code transistor database to see if I find the marking code V but with unsuccess.

It seems that the only letter is "V".

According to picture is that part diode (D) (2 pieces in 1 housing) for protecting spices.

It is really correct. This component is a double diode conect to protect the transistor chip (is bellow of the diodes).
I discovered that the problem is not with this diode, but the transistors.

The code of transistor is X1. It is a ROHM UMX1N double transistor.
