I find new (second hand) ECU, but this is MEV17.4.2, not MEV17.4
ECU+BSI +Immo ant+KEYS in one pack.
Can i used this ecu for repleace the existing one?

I find apsolutly the same second hand ECU,from same car.
If i configure the ecu with diagbox, and matching with the BSI (i have a valid PIN code from BSI), it is enough , can i try in this way or i must to open the ecu and read the flash?

Sorry again..it is possibly that MEV17.4 with ST1796 dont have eeprom, only external flash?
I duble check everithing and i dont find any eeprom on board.
Only this CD032G0RFAN1,which is external flash,Tricor TC1796.
This two uploaded ext.flash rar file,is what i read from original ECu(second one) and the first one(new...) is readed from second hand (used) ECU.
Please check me if eeprom is existing in this ECU where can i find.

Ok 32kb eprom needed for pin.

Not sure why your tool not reading an eprom if this do not work then I have no solution friend.

I try to read with KESS V2 5.017 and with Galleto in Tricore boot mode and in OBD mode, i can read only ExtFlash, maybe in this ecu have only this ExtFlash, phisically i dont find any eeprom on board..
The problem with car is solved with virginizing the existing orig, ecu bin file, put the existing Immo PIN in the new (second hand) ECU, matching with the BSI, learning the keys ,downloading the configuration parameters in ECU,
hope that now i its oke, the car working without any DTC and w/o problems.
