Guys, I need your help urgently for a VO, using it in ISTA/P

I did build one for NCS but not sure how to import, need some short guide what should i do after 'open file' in NCS
Probably can build one for ISTA/P "xml"
need more info for 'location' 'time created' and 'build type' can't find info for those entries.

if anyone has excess to get that VO ?? your help would MUCH appreciated.
