BMW Vehicle Order (VO)
I have changed VIN in used CAS but VO are still from donor car, can I with NEW erase old VO and manually write all VO from original VIN readed from VIN decoder webs?

Read out the car with NCSexpert.
Instead of choosing CAS select FRM or NFRM NCS then loads the "backup" FA then select CAS ecu again and use the job "FA write" to write the backup FA |

Hello. My buddy recently replace his FRM on his 2011 E90. I was going to reprogram and code his car but I get the following error.
The Following control modules were identified in the vehicle: -EGS/SMG-JBE-CAS-IHKA-RDC-GW-FRM-MRS/ACSM-BO-Kombi-ULF/SBX-DCS according to the vehicle order. However, these control modules are not fitted. Remove the control module or select the corresponding conversion in the "Vehicle" menu to add the additional control modules to the vehicle order. The thing is, the failed (old) FRM wasn't the original. Apparently, it was also replaced but never reprogram or coded either. Would I need to import a new VO in this case? Thanks |
