Could someone provide me with xml for ISTA-P or file for NCS VIN CF80599. ISTA-P won't read VO and NCS says it's invalid.

Try this, rename from txt to xml

I managed to fix the VO in car, thanks anyway. Someone had f**ked up the VO, I don't know how or why. But got it sorted and car updated.
