I changed the name of C:\Rheingold to Rheingold_OLD,
extracted to a new Rheingold folder,
copied the sqlitedb folder from 4.01.21 into 4.01.22,
ran Rcleaner,
reboot,
regfix,
restart IstaGUI and give it the license.
