Which tool to buy for airbag dump
Hi,
it's not clear to me which is the right tool to buy for reading and writing to airbag ecu, better if using pogopins without solder: carprog, galletto, kess, or ?

pigopins none of this
caprog ok for eeprom clip

better get programmer like upa , hot air station

off: kess galletto etc are not for airbags
also u will need some softwares to clean up dumps

As Mr.blackpirate said , upa and xprog enough for read memory from airbag modules
else you need drop original dump in forum, we will clear crash for you ASAP smile

No. galletto does not even read airbag eprom. galletto is for ECU where flash (tuning) and eprom (vin,immo,km) is stored. Airbah does not restore in that ECU

i understand that galletto is only for ecu.
i would like to know if there is a solution for car prog or xprog based on the use of a plexiglass frame and pressure pins without soldering like exits for galletto.

Ultraprog it is very good tool with programmer and software, in full packet include all adapters for to read and write your eeprom's!!
Also it has a very good support and very helpfull forum and it is not expensive for original tool !! It make updates every 1-2 months !!
Try it!!

Hi. I checked on the ultraprog site but It seems that latest update i of january 2015.are you sure the product and the Company is still operative and updated?
