E90 (2011) No bluetooth after WinKfp flash
Hello,
I'm brand new here and hope I post this in the right section. I'm also new to flashing and coding. I did about 3 weeks of reading prior to starting. I was successful in flashing 9 euc's with no problem. When I flashed the TEL/MULF (TELE60) to v59.4 I made a mistake and let winkfp pick the ZB. I attempted to flash back to v41 with no luck. Car and cpu are connected to power source. Winkpf errors are 10flash diagnose mode ecupm error ecu security access denied security access requested Clear flash done no answer from ecu IFH-0009 I found this in another forum and it's my exact problem however no work around SITUATION A check control message stating the 'SOS inactive' is displayed. The Telematics Control Unit (TCU) is NOT identified when performing a short test using the DISplus or GT1. If the SOS button is pressed the call connects but the radio is not muted. The BMW Assist? phone calls audio comes from the emergency speaker. Bluetooth: An approved Bluetooth? enable handset which previously worked no longer connects to the vehicle. The Bluetooth menus for pairing a device to the vehicle are unavailable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Take away the checkboxes in the settings of the Winkpf with uifwrite and bootsectorupdate and tries to flash.
Put a checkboxes to Force Programming in the settings of the Winkpf and distort the battery while recording memory. |

I feel really dumb right now but while the flash is running and if so how many times should I disconnect the battery and the negative cable only or the positive? |

Dont disconnect the battery while flashing.............. But when flashing attach power supply to car to maintain stable voltage. Never disconnect anything during flashing as this WILL mess up the flashing process.
To repair your TCU flash with ICOM B. Easiest way. if you cant afford one, surely there is someone near you with one. |

Therefore it is necessary to reconnect the battery during connection. |

At this point I do not care about upgradng the software, I just want my bluetooth options back. Everything else works raido, usb, nav, cd, and multi media just not bluetooth. If I still lived in Germany I knew a few people with an ICOM however I just moved to the USA in Georgia 3 weeks ago and I know no one here. I checked all the local shops and looked for BMW Pages on facebook. I do have a constant 13.8 volts running to the car via charger during all programming and flashing. I have done every-set up for the k-dcan cable I have even checked the 7-8 pin to make sure it as not bridged. I feel like an idiot for flashing the 2MULF and I tell you after spending 5 days st straight till midnight on my car, my wife is not a happy person! |
