People sharing stuff for free so you cant expect that always software will be available straight on after official release

I have just seen multiple people say it was available but not post it and was curious if there was some challenge to doing so. F001 also includes RR04, RR05, RR06. S15A also includes G11, G12. |

Here is the official release message: Publish Date: September 29, 2016 From: Technical Service Expiration Date: October 13, 2016 Subject: ISPI NEXT Update - ISTA/P 3.59.5 and ISTA 4/01.36 To: Service Manager, Shop Foreman and Technicians Late this evening ISTA 4.01.36 and ISTA/P 3.59.5 will be available for downloading and installation. The software included in these versions is needed to perform the Combox Next Generation upgrade as per SI B84 03 16 and N84 08 16. Note: The Combox NEXT Generation can only be installed in vehicles as part of this Service Action. All other vehicles should continue to use the same part that is removed. The following items are corrected: 1. Defect shows invalid content in ISTA Launcher Favorites window. Selecting ABL_DIT_EZ007 routine caused a failure message that ISTA should be installed new. As routine ABL_DIT_EZ007 is only a test routine it should not be selectable in favorites. 2. Measurement wizard – cancelation leads to TM crash. Selecting test module ABL-DIT-AT1214_BX8_ODR in function net. Selecting “measure oil pressure”. Termination after displaying connection manager. ISTA shows failure message and crashes. 3. When printing the Short Protocol, the long protocol is actually printed. The Short protocol still is too long. Prior to installation on an ISPI NEXT device, make sure that all files are downloaded to your shared storage. Open the admin client and select "Update data'. The installation on that device should be possible then.
