On the card's directory ( folder) "navpsf_update"

it seems that your card can not change CID - where it was made? Philippines or Korea?
try another from Korea

I read the card, plus 32 gigabytes Samsung Evo 05.2016 not be changed CID.
Has anyone experience?.
I have a 2016 card can not be changed CID

Not all cards are susceptible to change cid.
Search for the older version.
