Hi all,
I have problem with odis when i manuall select a car a get a strange
list under in the screen (see pic) any idea how to solve this?

You should install English UK database too.

Instal all again but same problem sad

its strange i have it on all versions.

Then try to use it in English instead of the actual language.
It's 100% related to the language translation files. For some languages they are not completely translated.
