I think You mistyped your hw number and it should be 51918364.
I attached your possible ori, but it's not read by me and also don't know the source.

I have try to write this file with fgtech v54 and with kessv2 clone by obd... both return error checksum, if this file was read with j tag, do i cut file to 0x1fffff? I prefer not open ecu it is very sensible ecu. Anybody knows about it?

I think that for write with fgtech i have to cut file 2049kb to 2048kb . If i wanna write with kess v2 i Can write 2049kb file but kess don't checksum because i dont have Microsoft c++ dev installed... Anybody could confirm?

Problem sloved. I have written with fgtech v54 with cutter file to 0x1fffff. Remember to read injector code with tool Fiat.

Make diagnose to the car. I dont think that you solved your problem 100%.
Check injectors and dpf settings
