Yes. Delete those 4 entries. Run notepad as administrator, open the file, delete or comment out lines with #, save.

Hi, I had the problem with new version of ISTA -D "ISTA failed to start ...." I fund the solution. It worked for me. ISTA D and P package download from Torrent automatically extracts files into wrong folders. The folder "Rheingold" was created during unpacking under already existing folder created by me manually D:\BMW\Rheingold\Rheingold. I moved all files and sub-folder into D:\BMW\Rheingold . All other extructed data files put into D:\BMW\Rheingold\PSdZ and ... \SQLiteDBs. This made ISTA D started OK.
