Hi all,

when I try to connect the ista-P via ENET with BMW F20, i get error 94201 and 55054 and 63014 (CASTOR) see screenshot below. I tested it with some different F21 - all the same on any car.
In the FAQ is listed: Update ICOM Firmware - but I don't use an ICOM.
I searched around in forums and find some hints:
Release battery for 20 min, Reset ZGW, switch off firewall,
Did all - but no changes.

I use the rheingold / ista links from this thread.
Ediabas 7.3.0 (was already installed before)
ISTA-P Loader 6.1F rev1
INPA, ISTA-D, Esys is working fine with the F21.

Any sugestions or hints where to search the bug?

Yes, connection is configured, and I use ISTA-P loader 6.1F rev1 as mentioned above.
ISTA-P starts, read the VIN correctly and The Series (F21) so communication with the car is working. After read out of VIN it stops with the Error Message.

Does ista d programming work in this version , or what do I need to edit in cgf file of ista.exe.cfg ?

had problem with last 2 updates, last very got to work was 4.01.22

by , pointing ista to istap folder

My guess would be that you are missing prerequisite software.

10007 (cip)-fault during initialization of ediabas.
Ista d works fine.
Antivirus is disabled.

Yes, installed.
The problem was fixed by changing name from usb to eth0

Dont use your ENET for multi ECU programming please, invest in a ICOM. You can thank me later
