I have passat cc 2011 with damaged ecu , need to change ecu ( used one ) dont know how , I have original FVDI and also have VAG online account , will any one help me please to do the adaptation for the ecu .,
ECU NUMBER : 06J 907 309 B
the old one and the new on e are the same number

Read the old one in boot with ktag and transfer complete bakup into 'new'.
should start the car.

Are you sure your ecu is dead ? When you change your ECU don`t forget to use a anti-static wrist strap before opening...you needed ! Read the instructions and check the connections everytime, doesn`t matter how many times you did the same operations !

Man has original FVDI, does not need to open the ECU and Ktag reading. It is important to HW same number.

You can do the job i think with fvdi. Biggest problem in this case is removing ''component protection''. But i think vas with online account and fvdi can do the job very good.

Lets us the type of ecu and make you immo off .its med9.1 or edc/med17 also remove the dash fault

Find to same HW numbers ECU, read ECU and change VIN numbers , try match with AVDI, or if you have good account you can match as online
