Golf V cluster replacement problem
Hi. I've tried to swap instrument cluster on Golf V 2005. I got 2008 1k0920974a cluster, second hand. After fitting it immobiliser active comes up on the screen, and I can't read pin number. Ori smok can't get access to the cluster. What is the solution (except buying a new cluster with working key)?

You will need to code old key with this cluster, immo 4+..failing that youd need a cluster and engine computer and ignition

Use carprog.

It is very simple with carprog,read old dump,do not remove carpro,key off replace odometer with used and write the odometer,problem solved
