I bought a upa usb prorammer s but i need some wire connections with mb eis-s and bmw cas, thanks in advance

I did a w169 some times ago , with the way of two times putting the cluster at 9999999 , but after that the closer remain 999999, and i can,t write the new km on it, and the funny is that the cluster show me the right km in digiprog, but not in the display , even if i power the cluster in the bench without the car, so i see only 9999999 , any idea, how can i fix it?
