Yes and it all works perfect for v4.07.11 but not for the new version

Do you leave original IstaOperation.exe.config intact? What happens if you try to start it directly by clicking on replacement exe? Can you send me that .mdmp file mentioned in that crash window?

Yes, IstaOperation.exe.config is intact as I don't have a similar file to replace it with.

If it run IstaOperation.exe directly, a command prompt window shows up and dissapears immediately.
