Same problem here. Programming SWFL only with UDS.

Why the HTTP way dont work?

I try it with ICOM (DHCP), ENET, Battery Reset

Check If you have a cd/dvd in your nbt.. Eject it and try again.

yesterday I flashed my F32 (buil 05-2014) with 4.13.11 with E-SYS n the following order:

The only ECU that failed was:

The weird thing now is, when I want to retry my luck, I do not get NBT_HU in TAL calculation somehow. Before TAL calculation, this is how NBT_HU looks here:

Your TAL is incorrect. Your HWEL does not match. Re calculate it 
Save svt_ist by reading ecu
before saving svt_soll press hw-ids from svt actual and then save it your hwel should be black
then calculate tal
then try flashing again.

The CD already eject but I think the blue flashing Mode are the wrong condition.
