Well, it says undervoltage, so start with that. Go through the test module, they are usually helpful and list the most probable possible causes for that. There should also be a possibility to read the voltage as seen by active steering module. Maybe there is a fuse blown. I have never seen such problem, so sorry, but can't help more.

So unless someone comes who have solved exactly the problem you have, at least you could tell us what you tried to do so we could use some general sense.

I had it last week. My customer pulled a couple of fuses. I had to calibrate the steering angle sensor 2 times. After that everything was fine.
The first time I didn't use a psu the second time I did.
