Have not seen a solution for no TMS ECU, did a lot of research a while back and found nothing. Cant just make new keys?
If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!

For old ford mondeo,you should try key programming with some old device, maybe T300 or something like that. It should be pats 1 or pats 2 system.

What year is it??? Pre 1997 ish needs 3 keys when programming. Post 1997 ish just 2.... Something like that  Cheers
