The file shows me the Vin, the map version installed and finallly a lot of letters but they are different to a regular fsc file

Then it looks very much like the binary version - my guess is, it has 319 Bytes in size.

So just try : FSC.exe [your FSC File] 0x28 0x07

This should generate the 2014 FSC for Roadmap Europe Premium.

Ok found how to save the fsc, but the format probably is not correct because i can't generete anyting...

Have you tried pasting the 308 characters into a file and calling it 001b0001.fsc?
EDIT: I just looked at my BASE64 encoded FSC it is 428 characters... Have you guys tried a 32 bit version of SWID_Reader, maybe an older version?
