Need Help adding command to run on boot up of MIB2
Hi All!
I have a spare MIB2 Unit from a Q7 4M (running 0976 - 4M0 906 961 AF) and I have root access to it (RCC and MMX boards) I need to add a command to the unit so everytime I turn it on it runs as part of startup. However as file system is read only I can't "save" anything. Does anyone know of a location on the OS where I can add a .sh script to start on boot up or a command line where it will save and run on boot up each time? Thankyou!

have you tried remounting the filesystem as read/write?

Look for the PCM4 hack. There was one command mentioned called flashunlock or so.
Might be a possible solution. What are you trying to achieve? I have an idea by my own but no time to do some investigating into it. If you like we can also exchange ideas via PM |

why you don't write in the script first
mount -uw /mountpoint like -> mount -uw /mnt/efs-system/ If my answer helped to fix anything, then don't forget to give me some rep please!
