HI all
can anyone help with this my laptop broke was a toughbook cf19 so got a secondhand cf19 and swapped harddrive over now das works ok but Xentery dosent it says No access authorization code . tried to put key in but says no key found or can not accivate because hardwear id not matching ?? any help would be greatfull

Hi,

if the install that you copied is hdd lock then for there you have the problem with license introduction.

if the install that you copied is hdd lock then for there you have the problem with license introduction.

Hi didn't copy the Hdd just swapped it to a different laptop is there away round this issue like remove license key and install new one ? If so any instructions on how would be great.

Your HDD has a chinese lock. Format the drive & reinstall from 0.
