After TRYING this all FSC-d change to rejected and emulator (can filter) is unuseful. If you do'nt know, what you do, then do'nt try this.
If you wish only TRY, then use CIC patcher V1. Then you can in CIC existing codes to work.

you can create the fsc 17 to activate the 620 voice contol on a bmw F11 of 2012 with updated CIC and the car with original certificates with E-Sys without formatting the CIC but only creating and inserting the fsc? And if it does not work, can you always delete it from the CIC with e-Sys?

AFAIK I am concerned you simply can't due to original signature not matching the custom one and thus the CIC won't accept the incorrectly signed FSC.
