sorry I couldn't get it to work on windows 10 (the keys where good though)
so trying again with windows 7 can i please have some keys again mac address: 080027F0538C
for epc and wis

still having problems. none of the programs show up when starting it up only a button for "feedback". am I doing something wrong?

Just tried that and still nothing on both windows 10 and 7 even tried xp to no avail.
there must be something i am not doing correctly.

I was unable to login to my EPC interface after Windows update. Whenever I login only the feedback icon appears without the EPC, WIS icons.
I Also noticed that my PC MAC address has also changed after the update to 00-21-6A-93-8F-2E which the EPC server has failed to recognized which I think has rendered the EPC key useless. On the EPC server, current MAC Address (LAN-ID) is unknown.
My EWA version is 1.24.258.4. How do I fix this problem? Help me with the activation key for 00216A938F2E MAC address.

@MOMOSAM Thanks for the tip.
But these 3 are the major network adapters for my EPC to run smoothly before now - Intel® 82567LM Gigabit Network connection, Intel®wifi Link 5300 AGN, Realtek RTL8188EU wireless LAN802.11n USB2.0 Network Adapter. I only uninstalled the others on the list that were not part of the above. I restarted my PC but the feedback icon is the only icon on my EPC.
Please can I have keys for EPC and WIS for MAC: 00216A938F2E because the formal MAC address was replaced after windows update.
